Rooms are designed to ensure comfort and relaxation, featuring cozy bedding, clean white linens and white towels. All four rooms have attached washroom with geyser and toiletries.

We have 4 spacious bed rooms with 2 king sized bed in each room that can accommodate 16 people. In addition to it we have 10 extra beds with blanket.

Rules

The number of persons occupying the cottages is restricted to 16 people. If there are more than 16 people, an additional charge of Rs.750 per person is applicable.
100 percent payment must be made to confirm the booking.
Cancellation policy: We offer a 50% refund if the cancellation date is 30 days or more from the booking date. No refund is provided if the booking date is less than 30 days. Booking dates cannot be changed after booking.
Photo IDs of all members entering the property must be provided by mail on or before check-in. Guests will not be allowed to check-in without providing the same.
Kindly do not damage the plants or the lawn.
No smoking is allowed in the indoor areas.
Liquor drinking is not permitted inside the rooms or near the pool area.
Loud music cannot be played after 10:00 PM. Small residential/Bluetooth speakers are permitted.
Guests are requested to conduct cake-cutting ceremonies in the outdoor area.
Outside food is not allowed.
Pets are not permitted on the property.

Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
Cooking is prohibited inside the property.
Please help maintain the property's cleanliness by using the provided dustbins.
The management is not responsible for the loss of valuables left inside the room.
Hazardous goods and/or materials considered illegal by the Indian government are prohibited inside the property. Guests shall be solely liable and responsible to the management for holding such materials.
Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals, and pungent foods are strictly prohibited on the villa premises.
Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by themselves, their guests, or any person for whom they are responsible.
Guests must conduct themselves in a respectable manner and not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the property. The management reserves the right to request any guest to vacate the property under such circumstances.
Photographs and videos taken inside the property for commercial or public purposes are illegal. Those who do so will be subject to prosecution.
Removing items from the rooms or moving them to other places is prohibited.
